All sales are final at Second Story Boutique. We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, sizing, change of mind, or flaws disclosed in the listing.

If you receive the wrong item or an item with an undisclosed problem, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and cover return shipping costs, if applicable. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will refund the affected item and any applicable original shipping charges to your original payment method.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
